Author: Alex Ambrose

The Kaneb Center for Teaching & Learning, in partnership with the Open Badges in Higher Education, is hosting the Association of Authentic Experiential, and Evidence-Based Learning (AAEEBL) Midwest Regional Conference on Wednesday May 11 and Thursday May 12, 2016.

The theme is  “How do we know they are learning? Digital Evidence of and for Learning” and an emphasis on the digital portfolio & badge union we have pioneered with the Campus Technology Innovators Award last year. Dan Hickey, one of the leaders in the field of Digital Badges, will be keynoting. We will have over 20 presentations (almost half related to portfolios and half related to badges) from IU, Drexel, OSU, UMich, Depaul, Boston University, and over 5 from our own campus.

Note: We have an institutional membership so the registration (for non presenters) is $150. This early bird price ends on 4/25/16.
